To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please familiarize yourself with our return policy.

Return Period 

You may return items within 14 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return , items must meet the following criteria:
Unused , Unworn and Unwashed:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging:
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must accompany the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Personalized Items: 
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Send an email to with your order number, information about the item to be returned,the reason for the return , and any relevant photos for items.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a return label.
Print your return label, affix it to your return package, and drop off your package at the carrier specified on the return label.

Return Shipping Fee

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. If your return request is approved, a return label will be emailed to you.

Refusal of Collect on Delivery (COD) Packages

We will refuse to accept packages sent with Collect on Delivery (COD). We do not provide services for handling refused shipments.

Non-Compliant Items

Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a free return service.

One Free Return Per Order

Each order is eligible for one free return only. A $15.00 fee applies for each additional return from the same order.

If you choose to keep all items in your order, receive a 5% discount on your next order as a token of our appreciation for your eco-conscious practice. Please contact customer service after your order is complete to receive your discount code.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item if the returned item satisfied the Conditions for Return listed above.

Original Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Unfortunately, we do not provide item exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to place a new order and initiate a return for the initial purchase. After receiving the returned package, we will begin the refund process.


Incorrect Returns
If an item not purchased from Fabrique is mistakenly returned, kindly contact our Customer Service at at your earliest convenience. While we attempt to assist in locating the non Fabrique item. Fabrique is not responsible for replacing, returning, or compensating for items not originally bought from us.
