To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please familiarize yourself with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Return Period 

You are eligible to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items. Unfortunately, refunds are not available after this period.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return , items must meet the following criteria:
  • Unused , Unworn and Unwashed:
When trying on your items, please handle them with care. Ensure that items are returned in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, free of makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, and stains. Remember to have all original tags attached and maintain the same condition as when they were first received.
  • Original Packaging:
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must accompany the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized Items: 
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
  • Step1
  1. For orders within the United States, with your order number and zip code ready, click here to START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE;
  2. For orders within Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Please send an email to with your order number, information about the item(s) to be returned,the reason for the return , and any relevant photos for items.
  • Step 2
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a return label.
  • Step 3
Print out your return label within the first week of receiving it, attach it to your return package, and drop off the package at the carrier location specified on the label. Please note that the label is only valid for one week from the date of receipt; failing to adhere to this timeline may affect your refund.
  • Step 4 (For Exchange Only)
Once we completed quality inspection, the new item(s) to be exchange will be sent out. Please note that the exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item.

Return Shipping Fee

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. If your return request is approved, a return label will be emailed to you.

However, for orders originating from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, you are required to cover the shipping costs initially. We will reimburse you with a $20 shipping fee after a quality inspection.

Refusal of Collect on Delivery (COD) Packages

We will refuse to accept packages sent with Collect on Delivery (COD). We do not provide services for handling refused shipments.

Non-Compliant Items

Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a free return service.

One Free Return Per Order

Each order is eligible for a single free return or exchange. An additional return from the same order incurs a $20 fee ( Comprising a $15 logistics fee and a $5 quality inspection fee). If your package includes multiple items for return, it is highly recommended to send them back together.

Green Choice Bonus

If you choose to keep all items in your order, you will receive a 5% discount on your next order as a token of our appreciation for your eco-conscious practice. Please contact customer service after your order is complete to receive your discount code.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item if the returned item satisfied the Conditions for Return listed above.

Original Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Unfortunately, we do not provide item exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to place a new order and initiate a return for the initial purchase. After receiving the returned package, we will begin the refund process.


  • Incorrect Returns
If an item not purchased from Fabrique is mistakenly returned, kindly contact our Customer Service at at your earliest convenience. While we attempt to assist in locating the non Fabrique item. Fabrique is not responsible for replacing, returning, or compensating for items not originally bought from us.
  • Frequent Returns
Excessive returns of item in a short period of time or returning products that do not meet the return conditions could lead to future order rejections.
