With a solid foundation from Sydney University of Technology and Parsons School of Design, Talia Shuvalov began her notable journey at Alexander McQueen in 2009, focusing on knitwear and setting the stage for a distinguished career. Her expertise quickly caught the industry’s eye, propelling her through significant roles such as the Design Director at OPENING CEREMONY—a detail not to be overlooked for its influence on her creative direction.
Her tenure at Theory as the Senior VP of Design was transformative. Shuvalov led the development of knitwear and tailored collections, actively collaborating with textile mills to develop custom yarns.
