Ro Hudson looks at classic American sportswear and the mix of menswear and womenswear codes, using that tension to overturn fixed expectations and build something more optimistic. The starting point comes from childhood: he grew up in his family’s school uniform shop, and that memory shapes the collection’s direction. Through a couture-inspired approach to draped, dimensional cutting, he deconstructs the striped school shirt and reworks it into elegant dresses.
