Gabriele Maria Bucolo with a solid educational foundation from the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. His career began with significant contributions to the womenswear collections at Gucci, Prada, and Valentino from 2006 to 2009, where he developed a knack for detail and a distinctive style.
In 2010, Bucolo joined Louis Vuitton as a womenswear design assistant, focusing on weaving, tassels, and embroidery, vital for the Spring/Summer 2011 collection. He further honed his skills at Celine, assisting in womenswear, before becoming the design director at Kristina Fidelskaya in 2017. At Fidelskaya, he expanded his scope to include not only clothing but also footwear and accessories, demonstrating a broad control over fashion design. His creations have been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, and L'Officiel and admired by celebrities like Kylie and Kris Jenner.
Bucolo’s collaboration with Fabrique is inspired by the minimalist aesthetics of the early '90s. This collection showcases simple yet sophisticated designs with rounded, drooping shoulders and varied trouser styles, offering urban color options that facilitate stylish layering. This effort underscores his dedication to merging classic craftsmanship with modern, lasting designs.
