For bag orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, we only offer delivery of small-sized bag. Any medium and large-sized bag cannot be delivered to these locations.

 

Shipping Options

We provide a Worry-Free Delivery service. This service is available for the United States, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.
The situation listed below can be covered by the Worry-Free Delivery:
Lost:
1. I haven't received my packages even though it shows "Delivered".
2. My packages are stolen.
3. I haven't received it for over 30 days though the packages are shipped.
Damage:
The items are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
Delay:
U.S.: Not delivered after the 20 days following order fulfillment are considered lost.
Outside Of The U.S.:
Not delivered after the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered lost.

 

Where to apply for the claim
You may access the resolution center via the 'Report an Issue' link in the Seel policy email, or by visiting https://resolve.seel.com . A verification email will be sent to you, and you can log in by entering the provided verification code.

Orders placed without Worry-Free Delivery are considered uninsured. If an order is lost, stolen, damaged, or not received due to reasons not caused by Fabrique, we do not provide any form of reshipment or refund. Once the order has been fullfilled and shipped, this service becomes active and the fee is non-refundable.

  • For orders in Singapore. Free Standard Shipping from $250 SGD
  • For orders in the UK. Free Standard Shipping From £150 GBP
  • For orders in Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan Region: Free Standard Shipping (Taxes and duties are not included)
  • For orders in Canada: Free Standard Shipping from $300 CAD
  • For orders in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Netherlands: Free Standard Shipping from €150
  • Standard Shipping : $9.9 USD/14.9 SGD/£7.9 GBP/ $14.9 CAD/€7.9 EUR
  • Settlement in local currency

 

PO BOX

Please do not enter a PO box zip code when placing your order due to delivery restrictions and access limitations. If you have already entered a PO Box address, please contact our support@shop.fbrq.com before shipment for address modification. This will help prevent potential delivery failures and return shipping delays.

 

    Processing Time

    • In-Stock Items:

    Items that are in stock will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order. 
    You will receive a confirmation email after we process the order. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact  support@shop.fbrq.com as soon as possible.
    • Pre-Order Items:

    Our clothing is usually low in stock as each piece is made to order. Pre-order items will be shipped based on the specified delivery date at the time of purchase. 

    For in-stock items within an order, we will process and ship them separately, so you may receive one of your items first.

     

    Delivery Times

    • Standard Shipping:

    Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

    • Exceptions:

    Please note that during public holidays, busy periods, promotional events, and sales, dispatch times may be delayed. Delivery times may also vary depending on the destination

     

    Multiple Shipments

    If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses due to stock availability, resulting in separate packages arriving at different times.

    Rest assured, no additional postage charges will apply here.


     

    Order Tracking

    When we shipped your order, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Use this tracking number to check the delivery status and location of your package.

    CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

    If you need to change or cancel your order please send an email to support@shop.fbrq.com with your order number.

    Once your order has been processed, we can't make changes or cancel it. However, we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
