Claire Scanlon, a New York-based Parsons grad, has left her mark on fashion's biggest names. Starting at Ralph Lauren, a 50-year-old luxury powerhouse, she started from newcomer to senior designer for the women's Blue Label in record time. Her portfolio there? Everything from suits and dresses to developing haute couture embroidery techniques.

But Scanlon's talents extend beyond the catwalk. In 2010 and 2012, she led the design for U.S. Olympic team uniforms. We're talking opening ceremony outfits, sportswear, and even the athletes' everyday clothes. Her designs blended modern flair with timeless appeal, using classic red, white, and blue to showcase Ralph Lauren's signature elegance.
