Ashley Romasko was always a creative kid—playing with dolls, writing, painting, and learning saxophone for 12 years. Wisconsin's supportive community let her freely explore creativity before fashion school. Her SCAD degree opened doors to Louis Vuitton Paris, where she learned to pursue ultimate perfection and go all out for goals. World-class designers constantly challenged her limits. At 16, she co-founded Strut Your Stuff, fundraising for women's shelters to empower women across economic backgrounds through fashion.

After luxury house experience at Thom Browne (embellishment specialist) and Tory Burch (knitwear designer), she became SEA New York's senior designer. Her breakthrough fall/winter collection extracted Belarusian traditional elements, converting star motifs into cyclical knit inlays. Hand-pleated tension made arm and neck lines naturally relaxed. Balaclava hats merged style with wind protection—pure Midwestern practicality. "My ideal woman wearing our pieces is casual, a bit cool, but retains feminine qualities," she explains. During LVMH internship, she compiled inspiration handbooks recording artists, images, and historical materials that became The Collection Inc.'s foundation.

Now NYC's renowned wedding dream creator through The Collection Inc., she offers bespoke bridal and menswear. She channels vintage lace inspiration where silk luster reflects through intricate textures. Hand-beaded gowns pick stars from the sky to hemlines, shining brilliantly even under night sky like romantic soft armor. Her Fabrique collaboration deeply studies Estonian embroidery patterns, reshaping florals through contemporary cuts suitable for midsummer. All pieces mix freely with basics or accessories for commuting, working, or vacationing. "Trends are cultural feedback—the key is choosing which cultural facets to respond to," she notes.
