Her career spans senior creative roles at some of fashion’s most influential labels, including Proenza Schouler and Diane von Furstenberg, where she served as design lead and helped shape collections known for their modern femininity and strong point of view.

Roche has also collaborated with a wide range of brands, from luxury houses to cult contemporary labels, including Christopher Kane, The Row, Thom Browne, and Réalisation Par. Her collaboration with Simon Miller became an instant sellout and was widely praised by Vogue and Women’s Wear Daily as one of the season’s standout collections.

Based in Los Angeles, Roche draws continuous inspiration from California’s light, landscape, and cultural openness. Her design language reflects this environment—where relaxed silhouettes meet deliberate craftsmanship, and ease never comes at the expense of detail.
