Angela Lauria is a Milan-based Italian leather goods designer recognized for her modern, sculptural approach to luxury handbags. She previously led leather goods design at the French haute couture house Alaïa with Pieter Mulier. Drawing on the brand’s enduring fascination with art and sculptural form, she has created numerous iconic luxury handbags over the years, designs that have helped shape a new wave of contemporary leather goods.

Lauria has also worked with renowned luxury houses including Bottega Veneta as Studio Manager where she worked under Tomas Maier and later Daniel Lee, contributing directly to the creation of the brand's most iconic bags and Stella McCartney as Head of leathergoods where she worked on newest innovative proposal.

With more than a decade of experience in luxury accessories, Lauria has developed a reputation for refined minimalism, technical precision, and elegant silhouettes that combine innovation with enduring craftsmanship.
