There’s a quiet precision in Kasha Fowler Crampton’s work that sets her apart. Now based in Amsterdam, the designer bridges high fashion aesthetics with the practicality of outdoor gear—bringing performance materials, weatherproof details, and sculptural form into the runway spotlight.

Her technical instinct traces back to her years at Aquascutum, the British house once rivaling Burberry for its innovation in waterproof wool. As a senior womenswear designer, she absorbed the brand’s craftsmanship codes and reinterpreted them through a modern lens. That foundation later expanded through senior design roles at Stella McCartney and Calvin Klein, where she consulted on ready-to-wear collections defined by restraint and structure. Her expertise shows in the way she shapes long, minimal silhouettes that move freely yet hold quiet strength.

Crampton’s reputation for function-meets-form led her to contribute to Roksanda’s collaborations with Barbour and Fila, where her signature appeared in the much-discussed waterproof coat and oversized color-block puffer.
