Giulia Goretti de'Flamini joined Ferragamo directly after graduating from Rome Fashion Academy, where she became a key contributor under creative director Massimiliano Giornetti and later collaborating closely with Paul Andrew throughout his tenure at the brand. In this role, she provided modern women's perspective to the century-old luxury house, working as Paul Andrew’s trusted strategist during a period when the brand was reassessing its approach to contemporary consumers. Her position involved translating current market demands into designs that maintained Ferragamo's established luxury standards.

From traditional Italian luxury to contemporary quiet luxury. She took on multiple ready-to-wear categories while participating deeply in collection conceptualization, contributing to the brand's identity reformation during this transformation period.
